Include Space for Hinges: The overall height of the opening should be at least 100mm higher than the standard height size of the gate. This provides 50mm of space at the top and 50mm at the bottom for the hinges, allowing the gate to swing freely without touching the ground.

The standard lock supplied with our garden gates is a handle set with keys, featuring a standard euro cylinder with a length of 70mm and a 50/50 split. While this lock provides secure and reliable functionality, it is designed for use with keys.
Our double swing driveway gates have a standard thickness of 55mm, providing a sturdy and secure structure for your property.

Yes - our driveway double gates can be both automated and manually operated.
For manual operation, we recommend adding:
- 1 x driveway handle set (factory fitted)
- 2 x Locinox lockable dropbolts
- 1 x Locinox ground stop
For automated operation:
- No handle set or lockable dropbolts are required
- The setup depends on the automation kit:
- Overground operators: No additional accessories needed.
- Underground operators: We recommend removing the bottom centre and corner sections of the gate so it sits completely flush.

Aluminium posts are only required if:
