Good gate.
ordered a gate from these paid over £400 only to find out after unpacking it they only drill them for disable people in wheelchairs my gate is 2000mm high and they put the handle 940mm from the bottom to the handle and 1005mm from the top to the handle which looks absolutely stupid and wrong told the company and basically told me tough there attitude is they are right and wont do anything to correct it they got there money and washed there hands of it no tell number so you cant speak to them email takes for ever and when they did finally respond all I got was it so disabled people can open it sorry but I'm not a commercial property its for my own house but they was not interested they didn't even want to help me with a solution even though I gave them 3 different ideas but they said they wont there customer services are so bad its laughable if I was told or knew that they only make all there gates with handle so stupidly low I would never of used them I feel cheated conned and offended I now have a gate that is an embarrassment to even think about using so be aware there are plenty of proper well run company's that do a far superior job than this awful place I hope your proud of yourselves

To clarify, the handle height on our gates follows UK accessibility standards (BS 8300-2), which recommend handles be placed between 900mm and 1050mm from the ground. These guidelines are important to us as part of our commitment to quality and compliance.

You mentioned in your review that we did not provide solutions and that you suggested three ideas. The two ideas you provided to us were to return the gate and to re-drill the lock panel. We thoroughly explored both options. However, due to the gate being custom-made to your specifications, it fell under our non-returnable items policy, which was clearly outlined at the time of purchase. Additionally, we explored the option of modifying the lock panel, but this was not feasible due to supplier stock limitations in the UK.
