We cannot confirm delivery dates at the time of order. This is because we don’t schedule deliveries far in advance due to logistics. As your expected delivery window approaches, we’ll schedule your delivery and email you with the confirmed date.

Estimated Lead Times (from order date):

• Sliding Gates (bespoke): 6-8 weeks
  (Due to custom manufacturing and size)

Please Note:

• Orders placed after 5pm are processed the next working day.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• Delivery charges apply for sliding gate orders and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Confirmation

As we near your lead time, we’ll confirm your delivery date. We’ll email you once that information is available. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you updated.

Day Before Delivery

The afternoon or evening before your delivery, the driver will text you (via the number provided at checkout) with your estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Important Notice

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally happen. Please wait until you’ve received and inspected your order before booking any installers – we can’t cover costs due to early booking!

Returns & Refunds

Please note: Sliding gates are bespoke and made to order. As such, they are non-returnable unless faulty.
