30-Day Window: For standard orders, you've got 30 days from delivery to request a return or report any issues.

Costs: Standard garden gate returns are £60, driveway gates £120, two posts £50 (+£15 per extra post).

Eligbility: Items must be unused, in original packaging. Custom gates (e.g. custom widths, factory-fitted handles, custom colours) aren't returnable.

Damage/Missing Items: Check your order on arrival - contact us right away at if somethings wrong.
